HEADQUARTERS AND EXHIBIT CENTER

Aware of the group operations growth, three lots were obtained in april of 1983. These lots are the base of the group's headquarters and its exhibit center and they are located in Venezuela Avenue, El Rosal, Caracas. The building is not only located on one of the most important avenues of the capital but it is a landmark as well. It has over 14.000 m2 and the most modern clime control system, illumination, communication and services. Its 14 stories, mezzanina, main floor and three basements are accessed using a stairway and four high speed elevators including one offering a panoramic view of the city. In addition to these features, the building has an specially designed area as its exhibit center which also serves all professionals in the construction business who are our products users.
